About
A decade in the operating theatre.
A second decade building the tools we wished we had.
I'm a Consultant Urologist with NHS Scotland, based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. FRCS(Urol) qualified via the Royal College in Glasgow, with an MSSc from Edinburgh and an MBChB from Dundee. My clinical focus is robotic, oncological urology and BPH.
Alongside surgery, I founded SmashUrology and a family of education products used by trainees worldwide. I'm an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow, a Lovable Ambassador, and obsessed with making complex things simple.
I work with the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) on two national posts: the Digital Innovation Group and the Education Steering Committee.
